Cucumber Avocado Facial Mask & Cucumber Cooling Pads for All Skin Type.

Cucumber and avocado face mask has a good combination to treat skin problems and nourish your skin. I love this recipe because it is a really simple recipe and you can make it with the ingredients, you already have in your kitchen. This recipe will make you feel as cool as a cucumber.



The main ingredients of this are cucumber and avocado. So we will see, what benefits you can have using this mask?

Cucumber helps to fade dark circles, freckles, treat sunburn and improve skin complexion. As we all know cucumber also reduce puffy eyes. Avocados are not just good for eating; it helps to hydrate and prevent dry skin. It is a rich source of vitamins which keep glowing skin; such as vitamin A, vitamin E, vitamin C.

Egg white is a rich source of vitamin B2, potassium, magnesium which helps to moisturize, eliminate toxic of cells and as well as repair and growth of tissues.

Facial Mask recipe

Ingredients:


1/2 cup chopped cucumber
1/2 cup chopped avocado
1 egg white
2tsp. powdered milk

Method:

In a blender combine all of the ingredients until they form a smooth, paste-like consistency. You can apply the mask immediately to your face and neck in a circular upward motions, or refrigerate it for 30 minutes.

Keep outside two cucumber pads from refrigerator; 10-15 minutes ahead to apply the mask to your face (see the recipe below to make your own fresh cucumber pads).

Apply the mask all over the face except eyes. Cover your eyes with cucumber pads. Leave the mask on for 30 minutes, or until dry.

To remove the mask simply rinse your face and neck with warm water, followed by a cold rinse. Finally, pat dry your face and neck.

Use a toner and then moisturizing cream for finishing touch.

Fresh cucumber pads

Ingredients:


Cucumber slices
Green tea water
Cotton pads
Blender/Juicer

Method:

Firstly, make your own fresh cucumber juice. You can use a blender or juicer to make this. Mix it with lukewarm green tea water and pour into a small bowl.

Take cotton pads and soak in cucumber juice. Then squeeze up to remove excessive juice.

Within a plastic zipper bag, pack your pads apart. It will be easy to remove pads when it freezes once.

You can freeze your pads now. We don't use any preservatives so freezing cucumber pads will keep them fresh. To save your time, make your monthly consuming pads at once.

When you want to use it, keep it out of fridge few minutes ahead to thaw. Now you’re ready to use your cucumber pads.
